I clear out my history and cookies in Firefox, try IE, Chrome, even Safari, clear out history in all of them…get the same message. I don’t use Norton anti-virus or Zone Alarm (AVG, and nothing’s changed in my settings) – oh yes, and even restart my computer.
But what cracks me up is the message that “If you are a Point2 Member and this issue persists, please go to your Online Office and Contact Support with full and complete details of the function you were unable to perform.”
When I can’t log in to access the Online Office, how am I supposed to contact Point2 Agent through the Online Office area?
Put a phone # or an email address…anything but what to do in the Online Office! Here’s the phone # and email address – email@example.com and 1-866-977-1777 whenever anybody gets this same message and does all the above troubleshooting without success).
Sometimes it’ll be hours of doing the troubleshooting over and over, then finally it stops.
I’ve brought this up in Active Rain one other time and got a chuckle from one of the customer service reps at Point2 Agent saying they need to correct that…I see that got fixed.
